    Nameserver Problems at the Planet

    Hi,

I got a dedicated server yesterday at the Planet. Have been having trouble with nameservers.

I use my own server as the nameserver. Changed the nameservers at Godday.

I have tried this with several ISPs. 2 ISPs can resolve my main site: www.domain.com, but not the subdomain: test.domain.com

Another ISP CAN resolve both the main site and the subdomain.

Shall I just wait a bit longer? I don't understand why the main domain can be resolved, but not the subdomain by these 2 ISPs.

    Thanks!

If there were no IP changes subdomains should be loaded instantly. Can you check whether they are showing in dnsstuff? If it is showing just wait a little more.
