    Signed out?

A few times while i was signed in and checking new posts, i left my computer for a while (over 30mins). When i came back, i was signed out. What is the time limit for this, and can i increase it? Thanks.

Yes, 30 minutes is the cookie timeout level. You can't increase it. If you want to stay logged in, best to choose a time when you are likely to be uninterrupted for a while

Really? I don't think I've ever had to log back in...

Logged in was probably the wrong word to use there. Cookied would be a better word

Probably... So are you a mouse, an anonymous person, or an anonymous mouse?

I've been curious for some time now...

If you check "remember me" when signing in you shouldn't have to log back in...I think the 30 min timeout is just if you do not check that.
