well you have to understand that when you don't feel well, the last thing you want to do is gather all of the email addresses up, and send an email to each person.
Since I currently have no effective method of doing that, nor did I have the energy to find one, I chose to post here, as I determined it would be the best method of getting the message out to everyone all at once.
I apologize if it did not work that way, but I assumed that over that short period of time, that anyone that had not heard anything would end up here, and read the message.
I hadn't gotten another email from you since your first. I'm working on them. I got 30 orders, and do them all in order. Unlike a lot of kiddie logo designers, I actually take time to consider a concept for logos that can be made into solid, quality, brand identities. This takes time.
Weird.. I sent an e-mail both on the 11th (with the details as to how I wanted the logo) and on the 16th just requesting a follow up. Then I sent you a PM both here on WHT (2 nights ago) & also on your forum (intellodesk support forum) on the 18th.
Whether it's kiddie designers or utmost professional, it's just common courtesy to respond to PMs & emails.
I just wanted to know why I still have not had anything from you Mark, it's been 4 Weeks since my order(yes i have PM'd a couple of weeks ago). Was this is a swizz or something? ok only $10 but a big joke in my honest opion if this ment waiting 4 weeks! plse let me know what your intentions to deliver something so that I can act appropriately.
For those of you who have followed this thread from the very first post, you may recall that I posted some complaints to ANMMark about a previous order for this same $10 logo deal. My order went back 2 years and was never filled. Furthermore, ANMMark ignored all of my attempts at contacting him.
We had a full exchange about my complaints right here, in this very thread, but I guess ANMMark complained to the Admins because they removed all my posts regarding the matter. I was sent a PM informing me that 2 year old complaints were not appropriate to post in THIS thread/forum. They did, however, say that I could post a review of his services in the Main Forums. I'm not sure that would have helped those of you who were buying into this $10 offer, though.
I respect the Admins and their position but here you all are now, learning what I tried to complain about from the start. Perhaps they could review their policy and reconsider that a complaint about an identical offer from the same person/company should be allowed to be made public. Just a suggestion.
I just hope there were not many others who fell for this. It's only $10 so it's so easy for us to write it off but when you think of it, it's $10 here, $10 there... it all adds up, doesn't it?

Mark is far from a con artist, I have been dealing with mark for probably just over a year now and communication has be great and everything done on time. He has coded custom projects as we requested and even when I was being picky about the smallest things he was happy to help every which way he can. I know Mark has always worked on anything I send his way so I doubt that he just fluffed you off, if he did there must be a reason.
HS.c has contacted me to confirm that after contacting Mark, he has now recieved a full refund.
If anyone else is still without a logo or a refund, please contact Mark as per the information in my above post. If after a reasonable amount of time, you still haven't had a satisfactory response, please open a ticket at the WHT helpdesk (www.webhostingtalk.com/helpdesk/).
