Anyone know of any good VPS providers?

Hello, I was looking at getting a dedicated server but I was suggested to also look for a VPS. Here's what I'm looking for:

~20 gigs (not counting the OS)
    CentOS or Fedora Core OS
    Possibly 512 MB RAM
    1-2 GHz Sempron CPU
    200+ GB bandwidth
    Cpanel

If you know of any companies that could try to match most, if not all, of the above please let me know. Cpanel is a must though. If it could be pre-installed, even better. Saves me from having to purchase it.

This is for a free web host I run because there's a chance I'm going to lose the server I'm on since the owner is looking to sell it and I'd like to get off ASAP. He's also having some problems maintining it as well.

    Thanks

I tried quite a few VPS providers before I found the one that fits me well and I can't reccomend them enough www.myriadnetwork.com . These guys are providing better service than I ever recieved with my dedicated servers at other hosts, kudos to Tom, his brother and their entire team.

VPSLink.com have a plan that fits your needs perfectly:

    Link4
    HDD: 20GB
    RAM: 512MB
    Transfer p/m: 500GB

The only thing they dont do is cPanel, they do offer ServerCP or DirectAdmin for $10 /m extra though.

Heres a few others i've used & loved:

    Jaguarpc.com
    Spry.com
    SolarVPS.com
Steadfastnetworks.com (Have good plans w/ cPanel)

    Hope this helps

I have to agree, some of the fastest support I have ever seen, I think the longest I have waited for a support response was 5 minutes, I have not been there long, but I have to say that so far I am very impressed...

Check them out. Reasonable, been around a long time (maybe 10 years?). I've used them for over a year and don't plan on going anywhere ever. Great support board.
