Hello everybody, I'm a new user and I'm really glad to be here!
I'm experiencing a really annoying issue with Netbunch/WebHost Plus (as many of you as I can see in this forum) so I hereby would like to share with you what is happening, and hopefully, to get some answers from somebody that may help with this.
I still have 4 accounts within the netbunch thiefs and the 4 domains associated with these hosting accounts. They did register the domains through registerflly and of course as they registered on behalf of me, they have the control of the domains.
What to do now?
I created 10 support tickets at netbunch requesting to transfer my domain through an internal registerfly transfer to my registerfly account. They did never reply even 1 support request.
I sent an email directly to a registerfly person who helped me in the past. no reply
I created 2 support tickets about this issue also on registerfly and I keep getting "copy and paste" answers that seems they do not even read the original message. I consider this as no reply
Do you guys have any idea on what else can I do? I do have the websites down from almost 2 weeks, they do not reply support emails and the real nightmare is about the 4 domain names.
Any suggestion? I would really appreciate any kind of help with this.
hello Webberzone, thanks for your reply. Yes as indicated in my previous post I did sent an email directly to a registerfly member who helped me in the past and I also created 2 support tickets at registerfly. Seems that nobody cares and can help
I registered the domains + hosting through netbunch so they registered the domains on behalf of me. So, answering your question, the administrative contact for the whois information says "netbunch customer".

drkramer is my hero for the first issue I had with WHP after their aquisition over netbunch. I will never forget it.
Actually these 4 accounts I'm talking about in this thread are the last accounts I have with WHP. And after all the other accounts moving (it requested a LOT of time), now I'm in needs to move the last 4. Unfortunately, 2 weeks ago, also the data deletion occurred with WHP. I'm getting out of brieth with WHP. TG I always keep updated backups.
If RegisterFly is the correct registrar, then I'd second giving them a call, 1.973.404.8430 RegisterFly is ICANN accredited, and bound by their terms for accreditation. If you still do not get a response from RegisterFly, then I'd submit a written complaint directly to ICANN.org who tracks registrants complaints under their compliance monitoring program. Also, send a copy to RegisterFly!
