2checkout down?
Is anyone experiencing this? First of all i can't login to my account, second all of my purchase links return a 404 not found error.

It's also down for me. If I try to login to the members area I get "Error Unable to Connect to Database do to network problems, 2Checkout has been notified, please try again in a few minutes."

I submitted a support request but have not heard anything yet. I imagine they are too busy trying to fix the problem. I'm sure it will be resolved soon.
But I'll still throw in another Grrr...Justin McMichael

2checkout have been kinda ok for us. Does anyone know of a contact telephone number for 2checkout.com? We were worried because our payment hadn't gone into our account - I have sent them 3 urgent emails but I didn't get a response to any!?!?!

We are in the process of sorting out a merchant acount.

It truly is unfortunate that 2checkout.com is down for all of you, but Deahost, if you are processing thousands of dollars per month, do yourself a HUGE favor and get a merchant account. It will really save you money when you are processing thousands per month.

Remember no matter where you have your merchant account your gateway is still going to be on someone else's server and if they are down.. so are you.. We have had our own account for years and this same thing happened last week and has happened a few other times in the past. It is the same as if your server is down and your customers are screaming at you
Is is upsetting? heck yes but nothing the guys a 2checkout.com can do if a server goes down or their gateway fails. They are good people..
If you are getting more than $700 a month in sales you should be on your own merchant account anyway since it would be cheaper.
