any one had an experience with : imhosted.com ?
their hosting plans: imhosted.com/hosting_plans.shtml
I like the first offer, that what i'm looking for but i want to be sure that they are serious and a good hosting.

I looked at their plans, it looks like they are overselling on a massive scale. There is no way they can offer 50gigs of diskspace, and 1 Terabyte of transfer for $6.99 per month. I would steer clear of any host that oversells on this scale. For a good example of how overselling hurts the customer take a look at this thread:

I agree on the fact that they are overselling, but unless you plan on using very much of the resources, it does not mean the hosting will be of poor quality.
Try searching for reviews.
I found one with two reviews here: http://www.webhostingstuff.com/review/ImHostedcom.html
Seems they are mixed, so try finding more•••••••••••••••••••••••••

Massive overselling. Don't expect to be able to use the amount of space and bandwidth they're offering ..... I'd stay away.

With any hosting provider, but even more so with the cheaper ones, carefully read the TOS and AUP and find the clauses that limit usage. With the way budget hosting has been evolving lately, hosts have started to impose various limitations on usage.
