My site is suspended without warning today because of over the 1% CPU usage limit. Yesterday my CPU usage is 4.5%, note that I have one php file that has fopen and fwrite and Ive sent an email to them asking to reactivate my account so that I can delete the file. Is 4.5% a high CPU usage? Any comments?
I'd try giving them a call and if they refuse to unsuspend it at least ask for a backup of the entire site so you can move it elsewhere. Good luck

As far as they concern is not the bandwidths, most of the client these days use php powered script to run their websites like wordpress or bulletin boards. Can u expect less than 1% if a client runs both wordpress and bulletin boards ?
Hi, Just found this thread. The limits are a lot higher than 1%, and we'd move you to a transitional server first rather than suspend. If this hasn't happened, then protocol hasn't been followed. If you could message me your username and domain name I'll check it out for you.
So, junama, did the lunarpages folk, fixed it? , it all seemed a bit strick, suspending and ignoring... well I hope the transfer to a new (transitional) server worked ok, and your site is back to business ^^
I'm also curious to know. I wrote above, asking for the domain name and/or username and didn't hear back.
Then a few days later I wrote a private message, but didn't hear back either.
I guess it will just remain a mystery. I can say however, that suspending an account at 1% is not right.... there would have to be a crazy set of circumstances for that to happen, I've really no idea what those would be.
