Technically you may be correct but I'll tell you why I am correct, using this example.
A hitchhiker accepts a ride and down the road the car gets pulled over by the Police. Turns out the car was stolen. Although the hitchhiker professes their innocence they are found guilty along with the others in the car.
Like the hitchhiker unknowningly in a stolen car, most people unknowingly can have their Domain name associated with a blacklisted IP. In the real world, most people don't relate to IP addresses but 'their' Domain name. Especially when they receive a bounce-back eMail using the words: "Your Domain Name" and "Blacklisted".
And that's why, Clients have Support.
You can bet that most will fire off an eMail asking why "their" Domain name has been blacklisted. Guess you haven't worked Support for awhile.
