    In terms of speed...

    In terms of speed:

    Is a Pentium 4 - 2.8GHZ - 2048MB RAM Dedicated Server @ LayeredTech 100mbps Port

Going to render my pages faster - slower - or the same as a VPS?

    Such as servint.com or knownhost.com or asmallorange.com...

For serving 1 request per second its not going to be faster or slower unless the vps has 99% cpu and IO utilization. The more requests per second come in, the slower the server will go, and the slower the page will render since it will be waiting on something cpu or IO.

Im only allocated 25% resources on my VPS before warning/termination..

(Depending on the time of day.)
Basically WHM says ## requests being processed... its never been below 50.

Faster or niether is what Im looking for, but can handle more is all I need.
