I tutor a high school student in a Jewish family. Since I began tutoring him, his family has been nothing but friendly and generous to me. They invited my wife and me to their Seder last spring, and when we had a baby over the summer, they sent a lot of really nice baby clothes. I would like to thank them somehow, and I was wondering if there is something appropriate that I could get them for/in honor of the upcoming holy days (Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur).
They are not extremely religious, but hold Jewish traditions and their heritage in high regard, so I would like to do something that would respect that.
Any ideas?
I appreciate any help.
