Try searching the forums. There is lots of good stuff about the,. From what I remember from other threads about them they have very quick response times. And on their site they do promise 30 minute response time garuentee to tickets....
I used Servers4Sale for a short period of time for a project I was working on ( 3 months ) and while I never had any real technical issues myself, anything I sent them like billing questions, etc were replied to very quick, Granted I was only working on the project during normal business hours so I am unsure about how the night shift, etc are, however I would assume they are all trained in the same fashion and just as good.
Solid company, mostly solid network, hardware was good, so I give it a 9/10.
Only no reason for 10/10 is they sold out of my server, and It took an extra 12 hours to setup.
I've been with server4sale for 3 months and am very satisfield with the service. Early on with my server I had some kernel problems which meant I had to get it re-booted a few times. All my support requests have been received and passed to the datacenter in a few minutes. S4S tracked my kernel problem down to faulty memory and had the datacenter change it and since then (fingers crossed) I haven't had a problem since.
Well I read a lot of good things and a couple bad things. I even called Softlayer to ask why I can get Softlayer server cheaper and with better support (on paper) than if I went directly to Softlaye. They said they could not tell me and that they could not beat the price. They did tell me, they had no problems with them though.
So, I ordered a server at 8PM yesterday and they gave it to me in less than 24 hours.
So far they have been very fast on the ticket questions also. Thus at this time, I am happy. I will see how the migration goes and report back.

It's called bulk pricing. Server4Sale has a decently large number of servers at each of the datacenters that they resell for. When purchasing numerous servers at the same time while already having a large number of servers at the datacenter, the datacenter will definitely give a price break. Also, in this case Server4Sale is taking on the brunt of the support work themselves, which is less taxing to Softlayer than the average customer.
I have been with server4sale for longer than a year. Their support is good. They usually reaply me in 15 minutes.
BUT I have had 2 issues with them..LT had to suspend my server twice because one of my customers was sending out spam. They took my server down until I contacted them. Server4sale said they contacted me before they took it down but I didn't even get an single email form them. However, they responsed very qickly after I contacted them.
By the way, I am going to switch to LT(I mean order servers from LT directly) because of the reseller discount.
