An ssl certificate for *.MYDOMAIN.co.uk
a subdomain alpha.MYDOMAIN.co.uk
a subdomain bravo.MYDOMAIN.co.uk
I would like both subdomains to have https:// access ther corresponding directory.
At the moment, i installed the ssl to the domin alpha.MYDOMAIN.co.uk, obviously that works perfecly, but when i visit bravo.MYDOMAIN.co.uk, it directs to the alpha directory.
So... im stuck. Should i install to MYDOMAIN.co.uk and tinker with httpd.conf? Do my subdomains need different IP's?
Anyone that can write a noobs guide to getting to my goal with be rewarded with much love, a packet of half eaten peanuts, and a bouncy ball!
Check your httpd.conf to make sure you didnt fatfinger or transpose an alpha where it should have been a bravo in your DocumentRoot lines..
Also check to verify that your DNS is resolving correctly as you expect...
nslookup alpha.mydomain.co.uk and bravo.mydomain.co.uk and make sure they both match the virtualhost declarations in the httpd.conf
If you want to put up a link to your httpd.conf file and PM it to me i'll look over it.
