VPSLand owns me money and refuses to respond to my emails
I had two windows VPS with VPSland for about a month, when I cancelled. Unaware of the fact that cancelling a server through them did not actually remove the suscription from my Paypal account. Its been about 2 weeks almost, I've sent numerous emails from various emails and have not recieved a response about a refund. They owe me $50.
While the "not replying to emails until a thread is started here" thing IS undoubtable bad service (and somehing that would make me think twice before signing up), the way PayPal subscriptions work is not that difficult to understand so not getting a "subscription cancelled" message from Payal should have clued you up before the extra payment was taken...
(having said that, when I was offering hosting I used to cancel subscriptions if the user didn't when they cancelled their account)
