    Reuploading Cpanel Template

So my site was hacked, brute forced I think Im not sure... I dont have access to the logs but it doesnt really matter. The passwords are changed, what I Need is reuploaded but they somehow hacked into my Cpanel and WHM and changed the default cpanel template index page to some stupid immature message. Now all my clients and friends see this when they try to log in to their cpanel... how do I reupload that, or how do I delete that and make another one default without having root access?

My account is a reseller account, so I only have so much I can do.
