Things were beginning to look up after some downtime issues when last week on tuesday night my site went offline. It was the fourth time this had happened since I signed up late July.
By thursday I contacted a representative, and they said it was a mistake on their part - they had put my site in "maintenance mode" on tuesday night and forgot to switch it back online. He said to check back on it in two hours. Since that day, my site has said "Maintenance Window" and nothing else. I have called, e-mailed and tried every possible way of contacting their staff, and I cannot get to them to fix my site.
My control panel has been down since tuesday as well, so I can't leave a support ticket. They never answer phone calls. They never return e-mails. Their support chat is always offline. I am left alone here, and my traffic I'm sure has dwindled to nothing now because of the consistent downtimes and unreliable hosting.
According to their SLA policy I should get free hosting for the rest of my life. The uptime on my site is dwindling down to about 50%.
