XESERVE no hosting, no refund, no service. Gutted

I had xehosting for about 20 days then the service was offline. I lost members, email etc. Ok this happens, however they disputed the amount of downtime and did not think there was anything wrong with being offline for what I believe was more than a week. Refund promised but never received. Don't use them.

I actually think their company sold to another (or so the owner says).

    live chat

I spoke to them on live chat. They said down time was 2 days ! I dont think so. I asked for the refund. Silence. Eventually they said I would see a refund in a few days. Nothing received. Enough time wasted. Moving on.

Sorry to hear about your poor experience. If contacting the new owners does not work you may try taking it up with your creditcard company. Good luck
