has anyone used act support? Can you tell me how they have been; how fast do they respond to tickets; are they reliable?
Also, has anyone used them for live chat, if so, was it for sales or tech support and can you tell me how they have been with that?
we use them for small outsourced stuff. they are actually quite good and explain things well to the customer. They use a a canned response upon first initial contact like "we are looking into it shortly" which I do not care for too much but over all they are pretty good especially for the price

I need pre-sales live chat and pre-sales helpdesk ticket support....
they handle some of our dedicated server support currently (Level I and II basica requests) only a few tickets a month
