Some of you may know me as the developer of ProjectStatus (http://sourceforge.net/projects/projectstatus/)

I am selling the copyright to the script, while it is Free under the GNU/GPL license 90% of the code is mine and copyright. It's all easily understandable with notes everywhere in the script. The only things that aren't mine in the script is the database engine (ADOdb, also open source) and the email engine (PHPMailer, also open source).

The rest is fully mine, including design, images, everything from scratch.

- I am selling the full copyrights to all versions
- The code snippets from version 1.3 (which HASN'T progressed very far at all)
- All the notes of feature implementations for 1.3 (so you can hire another coder in to finish it).
- The final version of 1.2.
- The Design (also @ http://pstat.net)
- The Domain (http://pstat.net @ Godaddy)
- Sourceforge Account 'AxisPixel' & Project 'ProjectStatus'

I am asking $400 USD or next best offer for all of these files. Please note once you have the copyrights you may remove it from sourceforge, encrypt it, and sell it, do what ever you want. I will not keep the source code.

If you do decide to keep it open source, the project page will come in handy, the script is fairly popular with almost 150 downloads since it's v1.0 release 20 days ago. It also has a listing on HotScripts.com.

how many unique visits pstat.net receive monthly?

Not sure how many UNIQUE, the site launched on the 11th and since then, it's had a total of 878 Page Views (excluding forum) and 3,615 Sourceforge Project Page views. I don't have any statistics available other than whats provided by sourceforge.net,

As I said, the script has only been online since the 5th of this month, it's still very new.

No it's not. vBulletin don't allow leased license transfers. As I said, the price is simply a guideline, It's not the FINAL price, it can be easily negotiated.
