I am currently looking for a level 1 tech and or billing and sales rep position at a company that needs a little extra capacity in their support departments on evenings and weekends. I ~2 years of experience in the hosting industry as both a support technician and a billing/sales representative. I am looking for work on a per ticket basis (rates can be discussed) that may or may not be on a specific work schedule. Perhaps a per week ticket quota for example. My experience is in cPanel/WHM based hosting offerings, though I am willing to learn other control panel platforms if needed.
