I'm not having any problems with sites but when I ping a site...Holy Crap...I'm getting no less than a 400 ping on even yahoo and such. It's pretty bad I don't know what to do. I mean things are loading slow here and there but it's been like this for about three days now. I've flushed my DNS, I've rebboted my modem, comps, routers all of it and it's still wicked bad.

I use RoadRunner Residential at my house, which runs primarily on Level3 bandwidth and there has been absolutely no problem thus far.

I just left work, where we have a T3 through Level3 (and SBC) and there weren't any problems. Copy and paste a tracert, and we'll help you diagnose the issue.
