Hsphere banner
Says:
"Migrate from Cpanel to Hsphere"
Doesn't seem right to me.
I cannot imagine everyone doing the same thing:
"Leave XXXdedicated_servers Ltd and YYYdedicated_servers Inc, come to us!"
What do you think?

It is an ad, you read it and posted about it, it did the job.

That was not my point but thanks.
There must be a reason we don't see any commercials on tv like:
"Adidas sucks, buy Nike"
or
"Stop drinking Pepsi, CocaCola is the best!"
So, there are no rules about ads on WHT?

But it doesn't say that, and there are many ads like this.
Here in the US There was a trading company that used the tag-line "
Use us(name here), not the overpriced companies like Merrill and Schwab"
This is just the most blatant example I can think of, watch TV for 2 hours and you will see numerous examples exactly like that. There is no rule, no law regulating that TV commercials can not say they are better than another, as long as they base on substance.
But, Psoft is just advertising the cpanel to hsphere move feature, they don't want to advertise that they don't have an hsphere to hsphere move feature

HeHe - unless they say they are better than cpanel and cant back it up - then posting that they have an option to move cpanel clients to hsphere is legal.

The ad is proclaiming a feature that is new in 2.5, not saying "move to hsphere NOW!". It's the same as an ad saying "Our techs can move your website for no extra charge!". I see nothing wrong with it.

I don't see anything wrong with that text, it would be censorship if WHT did not permit it. If cPanel feels compelled to take legal action (and loose), then by all means they can go ahead and do so.

What if someone made an ad that said "WHT sucks!!!, join (forum name here)." Would that be allowed?
