Looking for some help

I hae a problem and I don't know why.. I have a forum and I don't know why it takes a long time to load.. it didn't happen before.. when I am trying to go to my site, it says connecting to www.aaaa.com for a long time, and sometimes it won't even load. I don't know what causes this, and I wonder is it possible to find out what causes this?

Are you on your own server?

Can you give us some more information to go on like server specs, load number of users etc?

Do you have some sort of tracking software or other script that may interface with www.aaaa.com?

The first thing i'd check are load averages on your server; it's possible all your resources are being consumed by an HTTP GET attack (service-level DoS). Secondarily, make sure named (DNS) stays running.

The load is below 2. I don't think it is an attack. Somehow it happens only when my forum has about 350 users online.
