i am looking to sell my hosting company web-tiger.net. I acquired this company with the hopes of being able to have the time to get it off the ground. I do not have the time for it as I thought I would. Serious personal issues have taken place. Included with the site is modernbill (support has expired though). The domain name will be transferred and I will help as much as I can to make the transition as easy possible.

I could be wrong, but I don't believe there are any clients due to the OP stating that he hasn't been able to get the "company" off the ground..

There are two clients. One that has paid for a year already for two sites and another that is on a monthly basis that pays through 2checkout. There are others that are on the server that I have not been too hard on. They are supposed to be paying customers but with me being so busy, I have not really enforeced it.

I am willing to pay the BIN price of 500$ for the complete rights to the website, all web-site files, as well as the transfer of the domain name web-tiger.net . My only condition is that we use www.escrow.com for the transfer of the domain. I also need to have the complete website zipped/tar'ed and e-mailed or sent to me via file transfer on IM BEFORE the deal closes thru escrow.com, the domain transfer can wait until seller receives funds. The seller must resign any rights of ownership to the name web-tiger.net, it's logo and anything related to it's website.
