For some of those parts (chasis, PSU), you will probably need to fine an authorized dealer. RackMountsEtc can get you chasis and PSU's most likely, and the rest of the parts you can pick up from Newegg, ZipZoomFly, or if you want to wait for a good while Monarch Computer. However, you may find its cheaper and quicker to go through RackMountsEtc, especially if you get a faulty part.

not for a server for a desktop computer that is just an example of how i would want to be able to pick parts for a custom desktop for the site can build it for me
