Syris Tech is presently seeking hard-working and experienced staff members in our Support Department. If you are experienced and hard-working, we'd love to read your resume! Syris Tech presently has 3-9 support technician openings.
Applicant Requirements
- Must be a hard-working individual that can work as a Team Player.
- Must speak fluent English with proper spelling and grammar.
- Must be polite, courteous, friendly,and professional in all communications.
- Must have a reliable home Internet connection.

Support Department

Pay: Negotiable - Per Ticket Only

Preferred OS Knowledge: Fedora Core and CentOS
Sales/Billing Department

Control Panel Knowledge:
cPanel / WHM / Fantastico (REQUIRED)
DirectAdmin and Plesk (Not Required, but improves chances!)
Duties include working as a team player to support our customers using our online helpdesk. Must be able to support dedicated server, Virtual Private Server, shared web hosting, and reseller web hosting questions and problems brought to their attention. Applicants must be able to work independently and refer to available support resources if a question arises that is beyond their present capabilities. All support members are expected to expand their knowledge of the industry through their work with Syris Tech.
