I bought a DELL PRECISION 450, I want to put the mainboard of it into a 2u. Will it fit? I am really curious about that. Its a dual xeon mb, and if its possible to fit it into a rackserver that will do me a big favor!

I don't see why it wouldn't fit, although I don't think Dell adhere 100% to ATX standards so you may need to drill some holes .

It probably will not mount right in the 2U case. If you look, the screw positions are different than a normal motherboard. Also, if you go to pull the motherboard out, it is attached to a metal frame. The metal frame is there for a quick install wthout screws.
Look at the motherboard and see if you can unscrew it from the frame and compare the screw positions between the two cases.
