VPSLink provides unmanaged VPSs on the OpenVz platform. Spry provides managed VPSs with Virtuozzo. Spry is the parent company of VPSLink.

Have you tried contacting their sales dept or PMing the appropriate person on WHT?

I think the user "Sprydotcom" is responsible for VPSLink here on WHT.

As sleddog has stated, VPSLink runs on OpenVZ instead of Virtuozzo. So it does not have Virtuozzo's panel, but supports many other Linux distributions. It is unmanaged. No extra burstable memory. You have to get your own panel, etc.

For everyones reference we do offer control-panel licensing now (DirectAdmin/ServerCP+). We just are not handling the installs. I'll make sure the website reflects this a little better.
