Doesn't RackShack have a trademark on the name? Wouldn't this infringe? Or is it in the clear?
--is there a webhostingtawk or ************* too?

Hmm...
It looks different enough
But it sounds the same
Obviously the name RaqShaq was chosen for that reason
In my opinion a blatant TM infringement

I think that's to be understood like "Is this (RaqShaq) where RackShack puts all their Cobalts?", he could also have asked "Is RaqShaq a division of RackShack?". The answer is in the first post: No it isn't, it's AlwaysOnline.net.
