It isn't a sudden change. It's just more defined.
It has become more problematic of late though.
Member appears to have two accounts. We tell him to choose one. He tells us that one was him and his friend. And on we go . . .

Dammit now i cannot allow my cousins friends baby sister (1year old only) to login into my account anymore, dammit.

These things we do not provide/offer : Unlimited Storage ! Unlimited Bandwidth ! But Why? Cause, we were unable to put such a large number on our pages, it just would not fit.
