Copyright question...what if I wanted to use this as part of the cover on a new CD I am getting ready to release...how would I know who owns this image, and what rights do I have to it?

Buddy, you can make an exact copy in paint or photoshop in 15 seconds, and you'll have full rights to it.

That looks pretty good. Interesting concept. But yea, you can make it in photoshop in couple of minutes.

I would guess that the common word "Good" in a generic, graphiti-looking font isn't owned by anyone.

Right, but its not just the word "Good"...look closer the word Evil is inside the word Good.
