This is old... couple of months ago I was visiting some site and it linked to another site and this half-nude girl was holding a sign that read "I love guys in Shelby, NC" ... the name of the town next door to me... maybe 10 miles or so...
This site listed by the OP seems to have me in VA someplace.... not even close....

It doesn't work well for me. It tells me Morristown, NJ--not even close to my location in Idaho. ARIN Whois on my IP numbers gives me the address of ATT in Middletown, NJ, which is still a distance from Morristown. Maybe there is an ATT node in Morristown.

Reston, VA. I live in Fairfax, but I assume Cox's infrastructure is based in Reston.
Reston sucks, by the way. It IS one place (out of many) I wouldn't want to live in.
