Where to buy a good server?

Can anyone recommend a place to buy a good rack server for a decent price?

Like a company that sells actual servers, aside from the main companies like Dell or HP of course Because I already know those haha.

Thanks!

Thanks! Have you purchased a server at either of these places before or had any good experiences with them or anything? Thanks a lot for the recommendations.

You'll find many here at WHT have used rackmountmicro and swear by them. I have used aberdeeninc on a few occassions for clients and was happy with the service/support.

Lee is a great guy to speak with, and appears to be extremely knowledgeable.

I suggest you build your servers from scratch. It sometimes comes out cheaper. Sites you can get parts from are newegg.com and zipzoomfly.com

I'd love to do that but have never done that before. Do you know of a good guide that could help me out?

Tech-forums.net They are some of the best guys around to help, and they have a fair few guides around.

Or you could simply state your budget, what you intend to do with it and they'll even build a quality system for you. I love posting there.
