Trouble tickets on WHT
Seems like nobody is reading trouble tickets on helpdesk, how else can I ask a question?

Some areas of the helpdesk are only accessible to admins and with two away in Las Vegas representing WHT at HostingCon, there is a bit of a backlog. Hopefully later today US time, one more will be there to help
I'll see if I can locate yours in the heaps that still need addressing0
