Please follow these directions to install and access AWStats for your domain:

Installing AWStats:
1) Login to Helm - http : //helm.domainname.com
2) Enter your domain name in the domain search box in the upper left corner
3) Click on the "Statistics" button
4) Under "Advanced Statistics - AWStats", click Install

Accessing AWStats:
1) On the the "Statistics" page in Helm, click the "Click Here to View Stats" click under

AWStats.

Dont you need to be root to install anything on a server?

This not about to install awstat in server.

Awstat is already installed in Windows server but the end use client can activate it using above mentioend steps if he is using HELM.

if you are about to installed awstats in server then you really need administrator priovileges.
