Rvskin seams to have created a bogus account in WHM in order to use a MySQL database, I was wondering what people's opinions were on the best way to stop a website being servered on the IP of the bogus site, will just deleting the virtualhost entry from the httpd.conf do the trick?

The reason being is that on 1 of my servers, due the the fact that we require a lot of IP based connections as well as hostname based connections, the domains on this server are running on dedicated IPs and the rvadmin account is the only account on the shared IP so I don't really want this to be servered should someone actually try and access the shared IP.

You can simply remove it from httpd virtual host. Rvadmin doesn't use only for the database management but it used for backup management (by cpanel backup itself) and configuration management when you transfer the server, and etc.
