Hi, I started my first site about 9 months ago and I really didnt have a clue about good host's, I finished up with 1and1.co.uk but there lack of service is dire and in my opinion they are really poor.

So im now looking for a new host for £10 a month or less. I dont want anything mega but a would like a couple of things like a forum (PHPBB/vBulletin), news letter tools, Survey tools.

I have seen NetPivotal and Krystal but has anyone got any ideas.

Welcome to WHT. Have a look around at the offers section here. You should be able to find yourself a good host. Also, take the time to do some research before signing up.

Since you are in the UK, you might want a host thats targets the UK market (atleast moreso than some US based hosts). I'd take a look at:

www.clook.net
www.unitedhosting.co.uk

Both great, 'tried and true' hosts with excellent, well earned reputations. You'd be by passing lots of garbage hosts by just paying the extra few bucks (or pounds ).
