vrtservers is too bad support, and they change renew price optionally.

Last month i bought 3 server from vrtservers, this month i found the price all be changed to higher price by him. not any reason.

his especial price is blow:
http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=518766

then i contact his billing for this problem, then he change 2 server's price to correct price, but another server he don't change and don't have any reason.

this price is $74+4(ips fee) = $78
but his renew price is $83

OK, when the server at term , i send $78 to him, and he recived the money, but he stop my server 2 days ago.

I don't know what's wrong with this, i think he need this $5 to provide his family, so i send $5 to him, and make ticket to told him i have send $5 to complement my renew money.

but..... today my server has not up online, not any responses.
I don't know what's a bad company.

sigh......

Do I have any mistake lead he do this thing to me?

Mybe his price is changefully for a same server.

BTN is now PCCW BTN - There are a number of providers who have them in their blend nowadays. Multacom, Ubiquity, Burstnet... browse the offers area I'm sure you'll find tons.

That said, don't be expecting P4 3.0s w/ 1GB RAM, 160GB HDs, and 1200GB transfer for $79 with no setup...

This sounds like par for the course for customer service from vrtservers. I'm sorry you signed up with them without searching here first to get some idea of just how little he cares for his customers, but to me it sounds like this was the only mistake you made. To not extend you the benefit of the doubt by keeping your server online in lieu of receiving $5 is insane. This host's behavior just gets more abhorrent every time we read yet another story like this one. Actually, this thread isn't complete yet because boysee hasn't posted a chat log where he gets torn a new a-hole for asking why his server is down...

I ask why the server down, but not any responses.
today, the server has up online, more than 3 days. and also nobody replay my ticket but somebody closed it.
I am not a good customer, but I have more than 200 servers from each DC, I never meet any company will change renew price. so i think i am very unguarded.
