    Wow thats amazing. I use boldchat for my online website chat. Has anyone ever used the on site chat for Kayako and can say what it is like. Is it good? I would be interested in knowing.

    From what i seen (Stacked cases of computers etc, AirCon and stuff) This looks amazing. The office is clean and looks very corporate.

    if i'm not mistaking, isn't kayako is based in India? shouldn't their overhead be lower than other companies in Western world?

    Well if it is based in India, than I wouldn't be too flattered by the fact they have such a gorgous office considering everything there is dirt cheap. Not to mention programmers are payed scrap money.

    I doubt they are paid "scrap" money. Each sale kayako gets for support suite is around 14-15,000 rupees! Now think, in india it's not all cheap. I've been there.

    14-15,000 rupees is a lot of money, and enough to pay 2-3 staff for a month (With a google lifestyle.)
