Outsourcing from TouchSupport

Hello,

Just talked with TouchSuport which provide management and outsourcing support to end-user.

Is there any one tried them or using right now?

they have 28 staffs and I guess they are managing and outsourcing many end-users?

Any good review? or bad thing about them?
