I have been trying to run a hosting business for a few months and know its not easy. I have now decided to close down as I am finding it hard to get customers so here I am selling the whole website that I had custom made. This website will not be sold to anyone else. It is a one time sale.

The website uses the include files for the right and top navigation menu so when updating the links, you only have to change it once.
Below are all the files that will be included:
aboutus.php --> About Us page
compare.php --> All packages listed
contact.php --> Contact details
copyright.php --> Copyright Notice
cplogin.php --> Script used to login directly to cPanel from the website
fantastico_de_luxe.php --> Listing all scripts included with Fantastico
inc_footer.php --> this is the footer (just need to change this and will change footer on all pages)
inc_header.php --> This is the main banner with the 3 link 'Home', 'Help', 'SiteMap'. works the same way as footer (only change once)
inc_leftmenu.php --> This is the left where the Special Offer, News and Testimonials are. Only change this file to apply changes to whole website.
inc_menu.php --> This is the top navigation. Only need to change this to apply changes to whole website
index.php --> Homepage
mailpolicy.php --> Rules about eMail/spam
news.php --> this is where the site news is
orderwiz.php --> this is the order page. I didn't use this as I used Clientexec. but its there f needed but needs editing.
services.php --> lists all the services offered
sitemap.php --> This is the sitemap
special.php --> this is the full etails of the monthly special offer
style.css --> this is the stylesheet file
support.php --> all the forms of support details
template.php --> this is a template, to add any extra pages
terms.php --> T&C page.
also all the graphics will be included and the psd for the homepage. also the font file will be included..
