Here is the normal cost of the server, so make some decent offer.
The dual xeon 2.4, 1Gb, 80Gb with cpanel cost $238/mo with $99 setup
to replace with a Hotswap RAID 120x4 config, cost $799 one time.
the extra 3Gb RAM it haves cost $435 setup, and the extra 120Gb disk cost $125
so, total setup to build this server is $1.458.- one time, plus the $238 monthly.

Okey, dont go running... you can get this cheaper than what you've seen.
on some "matrix" dc you could get a configuration similar to this for just... $644/month. that's HIGH! ... and without RAID 10...
this is a GREAT, GREAT deal, if you need this power off coursee!!

Here's a question for you, how old is this Server?

Well, server itself is 1 year old.
the RAM is newer, was added later.
and the Disk setup was just made for it.

so, why are you interested on this .... anyway, a lot of servers you buy in any place are new, but then people leaves a server, other takes it, and so on, and so on, so I dunno what's the point.
If you buy a Dual Xeon 2.4 or 3.0 on any place, you could get anything, new or used or parts from one and another, dont think that a DC will trash a server that someone used for 6 months.

Btw.
Let me note that the RAID is done using Hardware: 3ware SATA Raid Adapter.
not software, or onboard raid is used. this is TRUE RAID.

The server ALSO have a :
Adaptec AIC7902 Ultra320 SCSI adapter.
(no SCSI disks on it, they were replaced with the Sata Raid)
