    Unhappy The " whostmgr2 " PID takes the Load High after restoring an old reseller account.

    Hello ,

    Dear WHT Forums Members ,

    Please I have a problem just happens from a while , and it's that when I tried
    to create a new website account or editing my resellers privilleages or backing
    up my websites account using " /scripts/cpbackup " the load becomes
    high and the PID which causing this issue is " whostmgr2 " and this
    problem happens when I restored a old reseller account for one of my customers
    and the restoring hanged in this point :

    And this issue happens on my old server but I have moves to this server
    recently , so please take a look and try to solve my issue as soon as possible
    , beucase this is a real problem which needed to be solved .

    What is the hardware on the server? More information such as the RAM usage (try free -m in shell), the load on the server (uptime or cat /proc/loadavg) would be helpful
