Anyone know what language 9i8.net is and where I can translate it?

Hey,
I need to translate the site 9i8.net to see something on it, I don't know what language the site is and I don't even know what it is to be honest but I was told there was something about one of my sites on there that I should look at.

Thanks

Seems like Simplified Chinese. I personally have a fair understanding of Traditional Chinese, and the stuff on there do make sense. However, the characters look like they come from modern-day China.

Chinese Simplified +1. I can read both Chinese Traditional and Chinese Simplfied; is there anything particular that you're looking for?
