A slight predicament...

I have had a significant number of people ask for web design but unfortunately that is not within my realm of expertise. Its a shame to lose possible revenue and deals because of this. I have some pretty major connections and I want to start taking advantage of them.

Does anyone have any recommendations? Perhaps there are firms that are willing to act as contractors and work under my company? I know that these possible clients would want to work directly with my company and would probably not consider me passing them along to a design firm and me just taking a cut.

Thank you.

I'm not 100% sure, but www.elance.com might suite your needs.

I've have a few people pass on work that they aren't geared up for, I normally give them a % of the income for referring the client.

Rather than give away my identity they set me up with an email address under their business domain, then I can liaise directly with the client.

As elix said try Elance!
