I had sent a payment to the ppl at bqinternet for 200 gb backup account but got no reply. I think something is going wrong since I needed the account configured asap.
I am having a 300gb account already and it is working fine. Dont know whats wrong this time.

Perhaps you should e-mail their sales/support department or PM the member who frequents WHT. (well, you need 5 posts for that. One more to go)

I had a problem signing up initially for some reason I was getting filtered to junk mail. Try emailing Scott directly at scott @ bqinternet.com he has always been quite responsive

How long has it been since you sent the payment? Scott usually responds under 30 minutes to any emails I have sent to him in the past.

 He is currently traveling I belive however does check WHT, he may not have received your email so it's always best to try WHT or WHTIRC aswell.
