*Note* I am not a tech support guy, I just happen to be the person that everyone at the office comes to for their computer help. Sucks to be me.
Anyway, what I love is when my boss calls me about a problem and I tell him to type something but it is obvious that he isn't doing what I am telling him to do. For example:
My boss calls me and tells me his computer is running slow. A quick check of the task manager reveals about 55 running processes so I am going to have him go to MSCONFIG and uncheck some startup items
Me: Alright, click your start button, select "Run" and type MSCONFIG.
Him: Ok.
