I have been reading up here alot and I need some help. I am looking to start a small web hosting business. I am looking for managed hosting and a server. I don't need a dedicated so what do you recommend?

You can start on small reseller and upgrade as needed. No point in leasing a dedicated server when you're not earning enough to support it. It's like throwing good money away

Unlimited transfer is darn hard to provide a customer, to say the least. I would suggest using HostVoice. The companies there will (usually) be reputable and on the medium to large side as they have the money and "bandwidth" to advertise and gain clients rapidly.

You usually get what you pay for too.
