Sorry mate, just not happening. 1500gb bandwidth, cpanel, semi-managed all for $100 a month? Possibly check out LayeredTech in tandem with PlatinumServerManagement.com

Your budget is not enough to expect Semi-Managed server and replies within 1 hour.
With your budget you can get:
Server #1 (fdcservers)
AMD Duron 1400
512MB RAM
80GB HDD
100Mbit port - full duplex
Unmetered transfer
setup time - within 8 hours
FREE SETUP - $99/month
More information here:
http://www.fdcservers.net/vbulletin/...ead.php?t=1785
I manage servers there (hosting videos for some greek football teams) and their support is fast but their network has some outages (due to cogent maintanance or big DDos attacks).

Your budget is quite low to match the technical specifications of the dedicated server you're looking, in combination with dDoS protection and semi-managed services. I'd say you need at least $30-$50 increasement, if not more.
Alternatively, you may try VDS (Virtual Servers) packages that some providers offer. VDS isn't as good as dedicated when it comes to performance and stability, but it worths it on a well balanced system in order to save some bucks.
Good luck.

Do you really need a cpanel ?
There are some sites which might bend a little to meet your needs, but
you will get plesk. Not Cpanel as control panel.

I don't think that your going to find a decent server for that kind of pricing (especially semi-managed).

i am considering VPS too ... i dont mind going for any server either vps or semi-dedi or dedicated... if it meets my requirement...
Basically i am willing to host around 20GB data and expecting to have 500 members downloading max. 1GB each everymonth.. so this straighaway need 500GB bandwidth and then additional 500GB for site traffic. etc...
Thing is that the server should be able to manage this much load..

You could try http://servstra.com. They can get close to the $100 mark with CPanel. They have a one-time deal to upgrade your BW to 1500GB a month. Support is about the best I've seen in awhile. They aren't taking any new orders until the 12th of July (bringing on some new server options)

27x7 Support
All that protection is hard to get by itself for $100 per month, but with a server... I could just say to check out LayeredTech.com!

I highly doubt you can get managed hosting for under $100/mo. Try layeredtech.com.

Surely you can get managed dedicated hosting for under $100. BUT you can't get reliable managed dedicted hosting for under $100. Theres a huge difference between the two.
You want the cheaper, you want to get burned.

I suggest you pass whatever you are smoking along. You have been hogging it up.
Managed (sub hour always on live chat). DDOS. CPanel. 1500bw.
Pick any 0 from that list for your price range.

Like some others have said, you will have to raise your budget to get the server package you are after. Good luck.

if its not pressing, i think HostRocket.com is planning on offering dedicated servers starting around $99/month pretty soon, and I'd say they're in the semi-managed genre of dedicated support. At least this is what they told me about 2 months ago when I tried to upgrade my account to a dedicated box, but they didn't have any available. I ended up going to EV1.
Anyway, it may be worth checking out or at least keeping your eyes open for.
