Hello,

I purchased a VPS at MabusHosting (MabusHosting.net) and at first everything was fine. Support was quick, and so was setup. Yesterday, they sent an email saying the server was going to be down for maintanence. It should have come back up no later than 4:00 AM PST yesterday. My VPS was unpingable, so it was down. I put in two support tickets, first one like at 12:00 PM, and second at 5:00 PM or so. I have yet to hear from them, I can understand if the server is still being worked on, but it would be nice if they could at least say so.

I was with them but then moved to servage

I am with mabus and have not had any downtime, maybe they are upgrading your server with their proprietary control panel
